Spicy Stir-Fried Tokbokki
Only with 3 steps, you will have delicious Spicy Stir-Fried Tokbokki at home. Let's do it!


- Tokbokki: 400g

- Minced garlic: 20g

- Water: 100ml

- Sugar: 1/2 tbsp

- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

- Korean chili sauce: 1 tbsp

- Onion: 50g

- Sausage: 200g

- Fish ball: 200g

- Tokbokki seasoning: 50ml

- Green onion: 10g

- Roasted sesame: 5g

- Water: 100ml


- Step 1: Fry tokbokki with cooking oil.

- Step 2: Fry minced garlic, add 100ml water, ½ tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Korean chili sauce and boil.

- Step 3: Add 50g onion, 200g sausage, 200g fish ball, 50ml tokbokki seasoning, stir then add fried tokbokki. Add roasted sesame and green onion then serve on a plate and enjoy.
