Shrimp Stuffed Shiitake Mushroom

- Shiitake mushroom: 50g

- Shrimp: 200g

- Carrot: 20g

- Jicama: 20g

- Minced chili: 5g

- Corn starch: 1 tsp

- Salt: 0.5 tsp

- Pepper: 0.5 tsp

- Green onion: 10g


- Step 1: Soak shiitake mushroom in water for 30 minutes then rinse.

- Step 2: Puree shrimp then mix with diced carrot, diced jimaca, minced chili, corn starch, salt, pepper and green onion.

- Step 3: Stuff shrimp into shiitake mushrooms, steam for 7 - 10 minutes. Wish you success and enjoy it!
