Roasted Pork Ribs

- Pork ribs: 900g

- Soy sauce: 30ml

- Honey: 30g

- Oyster sauce: 3 ml

- Sesame oil: 30ml

- Korean chili sauce: 1 tbsp

- Minced Garlic: 1 tbsp

- Minced shallot: 1 tbsp

- Chili powder: 1 tsp

- Vinegar: 5ml

- White wine: 10ml

- Pepper: 1/2 tsp

- Roaster sesame: 5g


- Step 1: Mix soy sauce with honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Korean chili sauce, minced garlic, minced shallot, chili powder, vinegar, white wine and pepper.

- Step 2: Marinate pork ribs with the mixture in step 1 and put in the fridge for 2 - 4 hours.

- Step 3: Roast at 200°C for 10 minutes then lower to 175 ° C and continue to roast for 30 minutes. Place on a plate, sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
