Pickled Beef Tendon's sweet, sour and spicy taste is so attractive. Let's try making this dish with only 4 steps!
- Beef tendon: 600g
- Lemongrass: 30g
- Ginger: 30g
- Onion: 1/2
- Sea salt: 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar: 110g
- Water: 120ml
- Vinegar: 200ml
- Chili: 30g
- Garlic: 50g
- Step 1: Stew beef tendon with lemongrass, ginger, onion and salt for 1 hour. Take out, let cool.
- Step 2: Mix sugar with water, vinegar, chili and garlic.
- Step 3: Put beef tendon into the mixture in step 2 and pickle for 1-2 days.
- Step 4: Cut beef tendon into pieces and enjoy.
