Guests at Jade and Andy Cotton's wedding were left in floods of tears when he joined her on the dance floor to the Bodyguard classic I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston.
A touching video shows her seated in her electric wheelchair, with a huge smile, while he bends down to look into her eyes and dance at her height.
The besotted pair - who met online in 2015 - said all their guests became incredibly emotional during the embrace.
But the loved-up pair from Birmingham have released the video to inspire others to be open-minded and follow their hearts.
Jade, 30, said: 'Everyone around me didn't think I would get married at all because I was disabled.
'I didn't think I would meet a man that would take me for who I was and not for what I was.
'What can I say, everyone was crying at the wedding.
'It was a really emotional day.'
Smitten Andy, 39, added: 'I care for Jade but she also does a lot for me too.
'She wakes up with a smile every single day. It's brilliant. What more can anyone ask for?
'Meeting Jade has made me realise it's the little things in life that matter in the end. She has had a huge impact on me.'
Jade and Andy, a former carer at a residential home, met via dating website smooch.com in 2015 and hit it off straight away.
She has been in a wheelchair all her life and can't stand on her own, and her speech can be difficult for people who don't know her to understand, she said.
They chatted online for around four months before they met up, but were both honest from the start.
He proposed in January 2017 and they tied the knot last month at the Crowne Plaza in Birmingham surrounded by their family and friends.
Their first dance saw them embrace on the dance floor, cuddling with their heads cuddling, staring into each others' eyes while Jade twirled using her electric wheelchair.
Andy said: 'We were smiling but when we looked around everyone was crying happy tears.
'It was such a special moment for us. We hadn't rehearsed or anything - it was all natural.
This touching wedding has touched the hearts of millions people.
