- Snakehead fish fillet: 600 g

- Seasoning powder: 1/2 tbsp

- MSG: 1/3 tbsp

- Pepper: 1/3 tbsp

- Fish sauce: 1 tbsp

- Five-spicy powder: 1/3 tbsp

- Honey: 1 tbsp

- Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp

- Cashew nut oil: 3 tbsp

- Shallot: 10 g

- Garlic: 5 g

- Lemongrass: 10 g

- Chili: 5 g


- Step 1: Marinate fish fillet with seasoning powder, MSG, pepper, pepper, fish sauce, five-spice powder, honey, oyster sauce, cashew nut oil, minced garlic, shallot, lemongrass and chili for 30 minutes.

- Step 2: Grill the marinated fish fillet then enjoy. Serve with lettuce.
