Crispy Fried Pork Belly
Crispy Fried Pork Belly is a perfect choice for cool days. Let's see the recipe and make it for your family!

*Ingredients:

- Pork belly: 800 g

- Palm sugar: 35 g

- Fish sauce: 45 ml

- Lime juice: 45 ml

- Chili powder: 25 g

- Roasted brown rice powder: 20 g

- Green onion: 20 g

- Shallot: 20 g

- Culantro: 20 g

- Sugar: 1 tsp

- Soup powder: 1/2 tsp

- Coriander seed: 10 g

- Garlic: 10 g

- Pepper: 10 g

- Cooking oil: 1 tbsp

- Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp

- Marinade: 1.5 tbsp

- Wheat flour: 120 g

- Water: 120 ml

- Limestone water: 45 ml

- Salt: 1/2 tsp

*Instruction:

- Step 1: Dipping sauce: Mix palm sugar with fish sauce, lime juice, chili powder, roasted brown rice powder, green onion, shallot and culantro.

- Step 2: Marinate pork belly with sugar, soup powder, garlic, pepper, coriander seeds, cooking oil, oyster sauce and marinade for 1 hour.

- Step 3: Mix wheat flour with water, limestone water and salt.

- Step 4: Dip pork belly into wheat flour mixture then fry. Enjoy with your family!
