- Coconut meat
- Lotus seed: 100g
- Water: 2.2l
- Pandan leaf: 30g
- Sugar: 200g
- Salt: 1/4 tsp
- Step 1: Peel longans.
Stuff coconut meat into longan
- Step 2: Stew lotus seeds with water for 30 minutes. Then add pandan leaves, rock sugar, salt and stew for 10 minutes more.
- Step 3: Pick up pandan leaves, add coconut meat stuffed longan and cook in 2-3 minutes more.
- Step 4: Place in a cup, add grated coconut and enjoy.
