- Chicken wing: 500 g
- Seasoning powder: 1 tbsp
- Pepper: 1/2 tbsp
- Crispy fry mix: 200 g
- Coriander root: 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic: 1/2 tbsp
- Water: 40 ml
- Black pepper sauce: 40 g
- Step 1: Marinate chicken wings with ½ tsp seasoning, 1/3 tbsp pepper for 30 minutes.
- Step 2: Mix chicken wings with crispy fry mix and fry
- Step 3: Stir-fry garlic and coriander root. Add water, black pepper sauce, ½ tbsp seasoning powder, 1/4 tbsp pepper and cook until viscous.
- Step 4: Add chicken wings to the sauce, mix until the spices are permeated. Place on a plate and enjoy !
